Rocky View County (RVC) administration hosted three open houses in March 2018 to share the latest draft of the Aggregate Resource Plan (ARP) with the community and to collect feedback. Representatives from Alberta Sand and Gravel Association attended all three events which took place on the following dates:

Beiseker Community Hall
· Wednesday, March 21, 2018
Cochrane RancheHouse
· Thursday, March 22, 2018
Rockpointe Church
The format of each event consisted of a formal presentation by RVC to share updates to the ARP, small table-top discussions amongst community members, and a formal Q&A period. Display boards were also set up to allow participants to review updated content prior to the beginning of the event.
